|Valuable Freehold Estate.
To be sold by Auction, by Mr. Wm. Wood
At the Crnamer Arms in Aslockton, in the County of Nottingham, on Tuesday, the 25th day of October, 187, at Six for Seven o'clock in the evening, precisely, subject ot the conditions of sale to be then produced, and in the following or such other lots as may be agreed upon.
The following FREEHOLD ESTATE, viz:
Lot 1 - A DWELLING HOUSE, with the outbuildings, Garden and Orchard adjoining, situate in Aslockton, bounded on the East by property of Mrs. Mary Hutchinson; on the South by property of Mr. James Hardstaff; on the West by a public pathway and on the North by property of Mrs. Harris, and late in the occupation of Mr. Robert Keyworth, deceased.
Lot 2 - A CLOSE of excellent ARABLE LAND, situate in Aslockton, containing by admeasurement 3a 1r 20p (more or less), bounded on the East, in part by land of Mr. Porter, and in other part by land of Mr. Hardstaff; on the South by land of Mr. James Bates on the West by land of Mr. George Morley; and on the North by land of Mr. Whyman, and now in the occpation of Mr. Robert Keyworth junr.
